How to get job in TV channels, production houses, TV series? (India)?

Im doing graduation in Pune. I want to work in creative depts. of Television channels, production houses, tv-series. How to proceed? I would like to work with regional channels like Zee Marathi/ ETV Marathi or even with advtg agencies which produce-translate ads in regional languages.How to get job in TV channels, production houses, TV series? (India)?

well first finish all ur studys,as there is no job gaurante in this line.then u have to come to mumbai.get lots of photographs with u.then start visiting producers office and if u are luck u will get a small role.and most important u will have to register ur self with the association u get a id card from them with out this card u will not get any job.the office is at andheri east mumbai.do some theater and bring photographs and proof of your acting experiance.verbal storys have no values .good luck see u soon on t.v.
