Do doctors in real life really go investigate their patients' home like they do on House (TV Show)?

Like to see if they can find anything in their home causing the patient's disease.

I even saw them break in to a house on one episode!

And they don't need like a signed piece of paper saying that it's okay? I just saw one of the doctors ask ';Can I just go check out your house?'; one time and off they went.

Could this ';going into a patient's house'; be another one of House's crazy shanagians?

Also, while you're here, could you fill me in on why House had to hire a new team in season 4? What happened in season 3 that caused him to lose his team? (I just recently started getting into house and saw parts of 1, 2, 3 but not the end of 3 and am working on 4)

I haven't seen season 5 yet, is it good? I'll probably have to go rent/buy it when it comes out.

Thanks!Do doctors in real life really go investigate their patients' home like they do on House (TV Show)?
lol no doctors cant really go into your home like they do on House. He had to get a new team because he fired Chase and Cameron quit and i believe Foreman did also, therefore he needs a new team. And yes season 5 is really good as House always is :) Do doctors in real life really go investigate their patients' home like they do on House (TV Show)?
Depends on the doctor, a field nurse is probably the only kind that goes into houses.
Good question.. i wonder the same thing,,
yes because their doctors and their trying to help you. but i think they need your consent first or a warrant.
