I have a house TV antenna from the 1960s - 1970s. I want to use it for a couple TVs.?

When I plug it in though with a DTV converter box on the TV's I only get 1 channel. I live near Dayton, OH and should be able to get a few channels. Does anyone have any links for sites with modern house atennas that would allow me to get better and more channels?I have a house TV antenna from the 1960s - 1970s. All of the digital stations in Dayton transmit in the UHF band, so if you are just interested in those stations, look for a UHF only antenna. All the transmitters are clustered on the south side of town.

What do you mean by ';house antenna';?

If your current antenna is outside, it and it's antenna wire have probably deteriorate quite a bit. Be sure to replace the cable/twin lead and not just the antenna. How well does it work on the current analog UHF channels (16, 22, 26, 45)? A lot of the old outside antennas around NW Dayton are visibly damaged and frequently not even pointing in the right direction anymore.

Depending on how far you are from the transmitters, one of the

ones linked to below would probably work best.
